The sales encompassed over 1.9 hectares of paddy fields located in Mauje Savele, within the Karjat region. Such areas are experiencing a rise in agri-tourism and land use related to green energy initiatives.
The largest sale involved a 0.718-hectare parcel purchased for Rs 75 lakhs by Anil Prabhaker Kadu, Nitin Prabhaker Kadu, and Anthony Thomas George Vaz. Other transactions included a 0.607-hectare portion sold for Rs 50 lakhs to Nitin Prabhaker Kadu, and a 0.405-hectare parcel jointly bought for Rs 50 lakhs by Anil Prabhaker Kadu and Anthony Thomas George Vaz. The smallest parcel, 0.208 hectares, was acquired for Rs 20 lakhs by Gaurav Gautam and Nidhi Upadhyay.
