Sonam Kapoor recently marked a significant milestone with a star-studded baby shower held on February 8, 2026. The event, hosted at her home, saw the attendance of numerous Bollywood personalities, creating a glamorous spectacle. Celebrities such as Kareena Kapoor Khan, Bhumi Pednekar, Khushi Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, and Shabana Azmi were present, with many sharing glimpses of their fashionable attire.

Notable attendees included Kareena Kapoor Khan in a traditional blue-and-white suit and Khushi Kapoor in a vibrant yellow saree. This celebration comes as Sonam Kapoor and her husband, Anand Ahuja, prepare to welcome their second child. The couple, who married in May 2018, welcomed their first child, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja, in 2022. Kapoor announced her second pregnancy in November 2025.

Previously, Kapoor has candidly discussed the realities of pregnancy, revealing she gained over 15 kilos in the first three months due to necessary progesterone treatment when she was 36. She noted the significant time it took, about a year and a half, to recover her pre-pregnancy physique after her first child.
