The Somerset House Summer Series in London has announced its highly anticipated lineup, set to captivate audiences from July 16 to July 26. This prestigious event, held in partnership with American Express, will feature an eclectic mix of musical talent on its outdoor stage.
The series kicks off with rising pop act Naïka on July 16. The following weeks will see performances from The Lightning Seeds on July 19, The Cribs on July 20, jazz maestro Venna on July 23, and the iconic The Flaming Lips on July 25. Closing the series on July 26 is previous Mercury Prize winner Benjamin Clementine.
Additional artists gracing the stage include Palace, Thee Sacred Souls, Agnes Obel, Black Country, New Road, and Raf-Saperra. Tickets for all shows will be available starting next Friday, March 6, at 10 a.m. GMT through the official Somerset House website. American Express cardholders and newsletter subscribers can access presale information.
This year's event also features HOLY POP!, a new exhibition exploring fan devotion to pop stars and cult icons through art and memorabilia. Matthew Cook, Head of Live Events, expressed excitement about the curated headliners, promising spectacular performances in the unique courtyard setting.
