This release continues Sombr's recent output, including the tracks "Potential" and "Homewrecker."

"Homewrecker" was recently recognized by Rolling Stone as one of the best songs of 2026 so far. Sombr plans to mark the release of "My Body Isn't Ready" with a surprise performance in New York City on Friday, June 26. This follows a previous free performance in his hometown that drew significant crowds, shutting down part of Canal Street.
