15 Dec, 2025
Summary
- Smosh presents a live, improvised medical drama parody.
- The show features double-cast actors for doctors and nurses.
- Tickets for the 90-minute livestream cost $19.99.
Comedy group Smosh is unveiling its latest live digital offering, "Smosh Hospital," a unique, fully improvised parody of acclaimed TV medical dramas. This 90-minute livestream event is scheduled for Friday, January 16th, beginning at 6 p.m. PT and will be exclusively available on live.smosh.com.
The show challenges its cast with a high-stakes improv format where actors playing doctors have no prior knowledge of the chaotic patient scenarios they will face. To ensure continuous performance, lead doctor and nurse roles feature double-cast actors who can step in if the primary performer breaks character. Tickets are priced at $19.99 and include a digital copy of "Smosh: The Sitcom Live!"
According to Smosh CEO Alessandra Catanese, "Smosh Hospital" is a key part of their strategy to deliver immersive experiences. Creative director Shayne Topp describes the project as ambitious, promising a blend of suspense, betrayal, and life-or-death decisions within its unpredictable structure. This event builds upon the success of their previous live show, "Smosh: The Sitcom Live!"
