Actor Sivakarthikeyan has announced his next film, titled Seyon, which signifies his second collaboration with Kamal Haasan's production company. This follows the considerable success of their previous venture, Amaran, which reportedly grossed over Rs 300 crore. The makers recently released the first-look poster for Seyon.
The poster presents Sivakarthikeyan in a rugged, rural setting, armed with a weapon and surrounded by peacocks, evoking imagery associated with Lord Murugan. The film is helmed by director Sivakumar Murugesan and will feature music composed by Santhosh Narayanan. Cinematography is handled by Vivek Vijaykumar, and editing by San Lokesh.
Sivakarthikeyan's recent appearance was in Parasakthi, which received a mixed critical reception but performed adequately at the box office. He is also reportedly working on a project with director Venkat Prabhu before commencing work on Seyon.
