Sivakarthikeyan Stars in Psychological Thriller 'Madharaasi' Premiering on Prime Video

In just a few days, on October 1, 2025, Prime Video will exclusively stream the highly anticipated psychological action thriller 'Madharaasi'. Written and directed by acclaimed filmmaker A.R. Murugadoss, the film promises to captivate audiences with its gripping narrative that blends intense action sequences with emotional depth.

The story follows Raghu, played by Sivakarthikeyan, a car showroom employee struggling with a rare psychological disorder that makes him believe strangers are his lost relatives. Raghu's life takes an unexpected turn when NIA officer Premnath, portrayed by Biju Menon, recruits him to infiltrate a cylinder gas factory that secretly serves as a weapons storage hub for an arms syndicate.

As Raghu embarks on this dangerous mission, his mental state, past trauma, and his relationship with dental student Malathi, played by Rukmini Vasanth, add layers of complexity to the narrative. The syndicate, led by the formidable Virat (Vidyut Jammwal) and Chirag (Vikranth), puts Raghu in situations that test his courage and fragile perception of reality.
