Regarding his film Seyon, directed by Sivakumar Murugesan, Sivakarthikeyan shared that approximately 60% of the production is complete. Key elements like songs and various scenes have been filmed, with a few major action sequences still to be shot. The film, set in a rural backdrop and backed by Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International, is targeting a Pongal 2027 release.
Furthermore, Sivakarthikeyan confirmed the commencement of his next film, tentatively titled SK27, under the direction of Ramkumar Balakrishnan. The initial shooting schedule for this project has begun, featuring an opening fight sequence and an opening song. This collaboration marks Sivakarthikeyan's first with the director of the acclaimed film Parking. Sathya Jyothi Films is producing SK27, with Kayadu Lohar cast as the female lead.
