As of November 2025, the long-running saga surrounding the Sister Wives family's Coyote Pass property in Arizona has finally come to an end. The 20-acre plot of land, which the family purchased in 2018 with the intention of building a compound, has been a source of contention for years.
In April 2025, the property was sold for $1.5 million, though the details were not finalized until recently. In a video call in November 2025, Kody Brown and his ex-wives Meri and Janelle discussed the sale, with the group determining that all four names would be on the deed to ensure the profits were split equally.
The call was not without its challenges, as Meri and Janelle were initially hesitant to engage with Kody, who they felt had not been fully transparent about the process. "I just had to draw some really hard boundaries," Meri said, noting that Kody was "being all friendly and trying to act like things are normal" after the issues they had faced.
Ultimately, the family was able to reach an agreement, with Janelle expressing relief that they were finally able to "get this freaking done" after years of drama surrounding the Coyote Pass property. "It'll be a memory, but we'll be moving on," Kody said, signaling the end of this chapter for the Sister Wives clan.
