Computer-generated images utilizing artificial intelligence have offered a glimpse into what Simon Cowell might look like at age 66, had he not undergone cosmetic enhancements. The AI analysis, based on younger photos of the music mogul, depicts a face marked by wrinkles and crow's feet, alongside salt-and-pepper hair, presenting a significant departure from his current appearance.

Cowell, who has been open about his use of non-surgical treatments like Botox and fillers, has previously confessed to overusing injections, leading to a look he described as "like something out of a horror film." He has stated that he no longer has any facial filler, removing all of it.
