Sidharth Prabhu, a popular figure from the Malayalam sitcom 'Uppum Mulakum,' has officially debunked rumors circulating about his potential participation in Bigg Boss Malayalam 8. Responding to extensive speculation fueled by online prediction lists and his recent break from the sitcom, Prabhu took to Instagram to set the record straight.

He explicitly stated that his hiatus from 'Uppum Mulakum' is not linked to preparing for the reality show and firmly declared his non-involvement. Prabhu urged his followers and the public to disregard baseless rumors and assured them that he would be the one to announce any future official updates. The actor, who began his career as a child artist, gained significant popularity for his chemistry with co-star Juhi Rustagi.

Meanwhile, excitement is mounting for the upcoming season of Bigg Boss Malayalam 8, hosted by Mohanlal. The grand premiere is slated for September 6. In preparation, a pre-show titled 'Agnipareeksha' will air starting August 15 to select commoner contestants.
