Gen V's Cipher Gains Terrifying Mind Control Powers

As of September 29th, 2025, the latest episode of Gen V Season 2, titled "Bags," has revealed a terrifying new twist about the show's villain, Cipher. While Cipher does not possess Compound B in his blood, he has somehow gained the ability to control the minds of others, operating them like puppets. This shocking development is discovered during a climactic fight sequence between "Gender Bender" and "Blood Bender."

Actress London Thor, who plays the character of Jordan, was given the unique opportunity to imitate her co-star Derek Luh's performance while under Cipher's mind control. Though Thor was critical of her own work, Luh praised her efforts, noting that even with Cipher in control, Jordan's essence still shone through.

With the arrival of "Bags," the audience has now reached the midpoint of Gen V Season 2. However, the showrunners promise that there is much more excitement to come, and the cast members have more insights to share in the weeks ahead. Fans of the series can look forward to further revelations and developments as the season progresses.
