Casting director Shivam Gupta crafts compelling narratives by prioritizing emotional honesty, balance, and realism over star performances. He highlighted the contributions of lead actors Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam Dhar, noting Hashmi's natural intensity and Dhar's blend of vulnerability and strength. Gupta believes each actor, irrespective of their role's prominence, is vital to a film's emotional ecosystem, making every moment count.
Beyond "Haq," Gupta also worked on "Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai," another justice-themed film. He is now developing personal production ventures, aiming to create impactful stories rooted in honesty that resonate with audiences long after viewing.
