The Chase's Shaun Wallace Inspires Fans with Motivational Shirtless Workout

In September 2025, Shaun Wallace, a well-known figure on the ITV game show The Chase, surprised his Instagram followers with a motivational shirtless workout video. The 65-year-old, who is known as the "Dark Destroyer" on the show, went partially clad while offering a positive message to his fans.

"Don't worry what others think!" Wallace told the camera. "Don't let it bother you when people are always negative. Just focus on yourself." The TV personality then shared footage of himself exercising with a set of dumbbells in his back garden.

Wallace's post prompted a wave of positive responses from his followers, with many complimenting his physique and expressing gratitude for the inspiring message. The quiz show star has been embracing a healthier lifestyle in recent months, admitting that he had to stop his daily jogging routine due to issues with his knees.

"I train every single morning to keep myself fit and ready for the day," Wallace revealed in a podcast interview earlier this year. "I can't run anymore. I used to run a mile a day but because I have problems with my knees now, I just use the outdoor gym and have a rowing machine."

In June 2025, Wallace also opened up about the challenges he has faced in life, saying, "My life has not been easy but I've never given up." The TV personality remains determined to inspire and motivate his followers, as he continues to navigate the ups and downs of his personal journey.
