This powerful liquid finds its way into the hair growth solution of a balding farmer, who harbors a secret crush on a visiting veterinarian. The farmer's attempts to impress her go awry, leading to an unexpected and hairy transformation.
Meanwhile, villagers are baffled by the appearance of a terrifying beast in the surrounding areas, coinciding with the farmer's sudden vanishing. The vet uses a DNA machine to investigate the mysterious creature.
