Roblox-Inspired Fashion Pitch Fails, But Impresses Sharks

A father-son duo, Arjun and Sanjay Goel, pitched their fashion brand, inspired by the gaming platform Roblox, on Shark Tank India. They requested Rs 1 crore for a 10% equity stake in their venture. While the Sharks were intrigued by the novel concept, the pitch ultimately did not result in a deal during the episode.

Despite the lack of an investment, the Goels impressed the Sharks, with one judge, Viraj, arranging a meeting after the show. Sanjay Goel shared his disappointment with how the episode was edited, noting that a crucial question about his backup plan was omitted. He also clarified a statement about divine provision, explaining it was meant to convey that investment sources can vary.

Viraj Bahl fulfilled his promise by connecting with the Goels, offering ongoing support and a commitment to track their business progress. He even invited Arjun to share updates and potential challenges. Viraj indicated that he and Kunal Bahl might consider investing together if the brand shows further traction, and sent gifts for Arjun.
