Summary

- Ex-husband allegedly owes money from divorce settlement terms.
- Doherty's estate claims ex-husband failed to account for art assets.

Shannen Doherty's estate is actively pursuing legal action against her ex-husband, Kurt Iswarienko, to obtain financial records. The estate executor, Christopher Cortazzo, asserts that Iswarienko owes money from the divorce settlement agreed upon shortly before Doherty's passing on July 13, 2024. A key point of contention involves a four-bedroom home in Dripping Springs, Texas. According to the settlement, Iswarienko was supposed to sell this property and share the proceeds with Doherty's estate.
The estate suspects Iswarienko has been profiting by renting out the Texas home, valued at approximately $1.5 million, instead of listing it for sale as stipulated. Furthermore, the estate claims Iswarienko, a photographer and artist, has failed to provide an accounting for art in which the estate holds an interest, as outlined in the divorce settlement. This settlement also stipulated terms for the sale of an airplane and a related hangar.
