Shannen Doherty's contentious divorce from Kurt Iswarienko has officially concluded, nearly two years after the Charmed actress's death on July 13, 2024. Court documents revealed that Iswarienko agreed to award Doherty's estate "one-half the equity" of their Dripping Springs, Texas property. He will also return specific personal items, including a coffee table and couch, and wire $25,000 to the estate concerning her interest in a Mooney M-20 airplane.
Doherty's estate, represented by trustee Christopher Cortazzo, will hand over Iswarienko's guitars, equipment, and a restored record player. The divorce settlement was signed by Doherty on July 12, 2024, one day prior to her passing. Her legal team had argued that Iswarienko failed to meet monetary obligations, such as listing the Texas home for sale and dividing the proceeds as stipulated.
