This portrayal led to family concerns, with her father questioning the show's narrative.

Despite the on-screen narrative and persistent audience speculation about marriage, Mohan maintained that her bond with Juyal remained a clean, platonic friendship. She acknowledged the makers' need to create engaging content and stated neither she nor Juyal took the scripted romance personally, viewing it purely as entertainment.
