Mannat: SRK's Dream Home Now Worth Rs 200 Crore

Shah Rukh Khan's iconic Mumbai residence, Mannat, stands as a testament to his remarkable journey from humble beginnings to superstardom. Originally acquired in 2001 for approximately Rs 13 crore when it was known as Villa Vienna, the sea-facing bungalow overlooking the Arabian Sea is now estimated to be worth over Rs 200 crore.

This six-storey home, a symbol of fulfilled dreams, was envisioned by Shah Rukh Khan long before he could acquire it. The design, a decade-long project perfected by Gauri Khan in collaboration with Kaif Faquih, blends heritage architecture with contemporary luxury, featuring distinct white pillars and elegant interiors.

Gauri Khan has infused Mannat with her signature style, creating a warm and individualistic space. Personal elements, such as Suhana Khan's passion for ballet and significant decor like a jade Ganpati statue, add a unique character to the luxurious interiors. The residence serves as both a private sanctuary and a public interface for the actor.

On special occasions, including his birthday and Eid, Shah Rukh Khan greets his fans from Mannat, reinforcing its role as a bridge between the star and his admirers. Gauri Khan has often referred to it as her 'happiest place,' particularly during festive celebrations held outdoors.

Looking ahead, Shah Rukh Khan is set to star in the upcoming film 'King,' scheduled for a theatrical release on December 24, 2026. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the movie also features his daughter Suhana Khan, alongside Deepika Padukone and Abhishek Bachchan.
