Shafaq Naaz Secretly Married for Two Years!

Actress Shafaq Naaz has revealed that she has been married for nearly two years, a fact she kept private until recently. She tied the knot with Mumbai-born businessman Zeeshan Pewekar, who is currently based in Muscat, on October 31, 2024. Naaz explained that she wanted to share the news during their first wedding anniversary but that a social media post was mistaken for an engagement announcement.

Naaz shared that her decision to keep the marriage private was partly due to recovering from a knee injury, which required two surgeries within a few months. She even used an elbow crutch at her wedding, which was a simple home ceremony. The couple's love story began in January 2020 when a mutual friend created a WhatsApp group to connect them. They met in person in March 2020 and felt an immediate connection.

Now settled in Muscat with her husband, Naaz is focused on regaining her confidence after the injury and looks forward to returning to acting. Having lived alone for most of her life, she desired a partner and family. After years in a long-distance relationship, she cherishes being together and hopes to be back in front of the camera within the next few months.
