Shaboozey's new album, The Outlaw Cherie Lee & Other Western Tales, has made a strong debut, immediately claiming the No. 1 position on the Independent Albums chart. This release also landed at No. 3 on Americana/Folk Albums and No. 4 on Top Country Albums, earning 31,000 equivalent album units in its opening week.

The 20-track project immerses listeners in a fictional Western narrative, weaving together songs and spoken-word segments. Notable artists such as Sam Elliott, Jamie Foxx, and Teyana Taylor contribute their voices, alongside appearances from Leon Bridges, Gunna, Kehlani, and Orville Peck, enhancing the album's thematic depth.
