Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, 'Batwara 1947' marks a reunion with Sunny Deol after almost three decades, following their successful collaborations on films like 'Ghayal' and 'Ghatak.' The film features music by A. R. Rahman, with lyrics by Javed Akhtar, and also reunites Sunny Deol with actress Preity Zinta. 'Batwara 1947' is scheduled to be released on August 14, 2026.
