Scott Speedman Trades Grey's for South Florida PI

Canadian actor Scott Speedman has embarked on a new acting venture, starring in the recently premiered series 'RJ Decker'. The show features Speedman as RJ Decker, a photojournalist who transitions into a private investigator in South Florida following an early-series arrest. Speedman was drawn to the role due to its well-written, comedic, and relatable character.

The series, which airs Tuesdays on CTV and is available on Crave and Disney+, distinguishes itself with an unexpected procedural format. Speedman, who also continues his role as Dr. Nick Marsh on 'Grey's Anatomy', noted the distinct working methods required for each show.

Speedman expressed a desire to film in Toronto again, reminiscing about his early career, including an appearance on 'Speakers Corner' that led to an audition for 'Batman Forever'. He also voiced a wish to reunite with his former 'Felicity' castmates for future projects.
