Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. have placed their Brentwood, Los Angeles home on the market for $10.5 million. The 7,318-square-foot property, built in 2006, features five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It offers a chef's kitchen, seamless indoor-outdoor living, and a bonus room utilized as a children's playroom.

Outdoor amenities include picturesque landscaping, a resort-style swimming pool, and an outdoor kitchen. Gellar, who recently discussed taking a break from acting, noted a shift in her priorities after her second child and the passing of Robin Williams.

This move comes after Gellar's experience with a "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" reboot that was ultimately shelved by Hulu in March 2026. The actress expressed disappointment, citing a lack of support from an executive who had not seen the original series.
