Sarah Ferguson, the former Duchess of York, may stand to inherit the £600 million fortune of her late ex-boyfriend, racing tycoon Paddy McNally. McNally, who was 88, passed away earlier this week following a prolonged illness.

It is reported that McNally had provided Sarah Ferguson with refuge in his £15 million Swiss chalet. This occurred after she and Prince Andrew were compelled to leave Royal Lodge earlier this year, a move linked to their association with Jeffrey Epstein.

Ferguson and McNally shared a romantic history spanning many years, beginning before her marriage to Prince Andrew in 1986. McNally, who had previously been married, met Ferguson when she worked as a nanny for his sons. Their romance ended after a few years, but they remained close, with Ferguson viewing him as a father figure and confidant.

McNally amassed his considerable wealth through his business Allsport Management, which specialized in corporate hospitality and advertising on the Formula 1 circuit. He sold the company in 2006 for £262 million.
