Acquired in November 2021 for Rs 14.3 crore, the property also saw Malhotra pay Rs 71.5 lakh in stamp duty. In accordance with Hindu traditions, she performed a puja to seek divine blessings for her new house. This marks a significant milestone for Malhotra, who previously owned another flat in Mumbai purchased in 2018.
