The father of Tom Sandoval's ex-girlfriend is contesting the reality star's account of a June 3 confrontation. Will Robinson claims Tom Sandoval became aggressive and overpowered his daughter, Victoria Lee Robinson, during an argument at their Hollywood Hills home.
Home security footage reportedly shows Sandoval pacing and arguing with Victoria and Will before a physical altercation. Sandoval was granted a temporary restraining order, alleging verbal and physical abuse, and claiming he was injured. He stated Will punched a hole in his door and Victoria struck him.
However, Will Robinson presented a different narrative, stating he intervened when Sandoval was twisting Victoria's arm and trying to take her phone aggressively. He claims he called the police for his and Victoria's safety. Will also alleges he suffered a ruptured disc, broken thumb, and elbow during the incident.
Following this, Will Robinson filed for his own restraining order, citing his injuries and claiming the argument began over Sandoval's alleged lies. While Sandoval claimed he spoke of having a gun, Will noted no direct threats were made. However, Will's attempt to secure an immediate TRO was denied, pending further information for an upcoming court hearing.
