Sandoval Restraining Order Denied Amid Abuse Claims
7 Jul
Summary
- Victoria's request for a restraining order was denied.
- Sandoval has an existing restraining order against Victoria.
- A hearing is scheduled for July 16 for competing requests.

A Los Angeles judge denied Victoria Lee Robinson's request for a temporary restraining order against Tom Sandoval on July 6. Sandoval, who had previously obtained his own restraining order against Robinson on June 25, is set to have both requests heard on July 16. Robinson alleged that Sandoval physically and verbally abused her over their 2½-year relationship. She claimed he shoved her down stairs, pushed her at a hotel, and that he violently shoved her father into a fire pit on June 3.
Robinson's filing included claims of Sandoval threatening her with weapons during the June 3 incident. Video footage reviewed by PEOPLE appears to show Sandoval pushing Robinson's father towards a fire pit. Robinson also stated Sandoval would insult, gaslight, and accuse her of cheating. She cited other alleged incidents in May 2026 and August 2025, including an instance where she claimed he pushed her down stairs after a verbal disagreement. Sandoval's representatives have stated that he is the victim of ongoing physical and emotional abuse and has substantial evidence.
