Veteran Lyricist Launches New Music Label Amidst Film Music Decline

Guinness World Record-holding lyricist Sameer Anjaan has established Aumora Music, an independent, artist-first music label. This new venture emerges in response to what Anjaan perceives as a significant deterioration in the quality and integration of music within contemporary Indian cinema.

Anjaan expressed concern that in many films, music is relegated to a background role or used merely as 'fill-in-the-blanks,' diminishing its artistic value. He believes the current industry landscape offers little scope for the kind of music he and his contemporaries are passionate about creating.

Aumora Music, a part of Samarya Creation, aims to provide a dedicated platform for musically talented individuals from India and abroad. The label plans to promote their work, release their songs, and distribute their talent globally through streaming services, ensuring their artistry reaches a wide audience.
