Salman Khan's 'Monster' Lands Rs 100 Cr Distribution Deal

Salman Khan's highly anticipated film, tentatively titled 'Monster,' has finalized its distribution deal for the Indian market. A major multiplex chain has reportedly acquired the all-India theatrical distribution rights for a significant Rs 100 crore. This acquisition underscores confidence in the film's commercial prospects.

The movie is scheduled for release during the Eid 2027 festive period. Early reports suggest that 'Monster' will feature Salman Khan in multiple new looks, showcasing grand visuals to captivate the audience. The distributor is confident this will translate into substantial box office success and plans a wide release.

Adding to the film's ensemble, actors Ronit Roy and Seema Biswas have joined the cast and have commenced shooting their parts. Principal photography is currently taking place in Mumbai and is reportedly on schedule. Nayanthara is co-starring in the film.

Salman Khan's recent theatrical release, 'Sikandar,' which came out in 2025, did not perform as expected. He also has 'Maatrubhumi' lined up for a 2026 release.
