Salman Khan is currently awaiting the release of his film Maatrubhumi, directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The film's initial reports linked it to the Galwan Valley clash, but recent information suggests changes to its title and narrative, with any references to China and the conflict being omitted. The release date has been postponed.

Previously, Khan made a cameo appearance in the Marathi film Raja Shivaji, directed by Riteish Deshmukh, which was released on April 1. He also has another project in the works with producer Dil Raju, directed by Vamshi Paidipally, which began shooting on April 19.
