The film 'Battle of Galwan,' starring Salman Khan, is reportedly in its final stages of production, with a special celebratory song currently being filmed. Shooting for this song is taking place in Gorai and will move to a set in Vile Parle, running from February 6 to February 12. Following this, a two-week schedule will complete the filming for the war drama.
Speculation surrounds the film's release date, with a potential Eid release being targeted. However, pending shoots and the necessity of clearance from the Ministry of Defence could lead to a postponement. If the Eid date is missed, makers are considering an Independence Day release. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia, the film depicts the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops and features Chitrangda Singh in the lead role.
