Bandra Property Buzz: Khan's Deal Details Emerge

A residential apartment in Mumbai's Bandra West, located in Shiv-Asthan Heights, was recently involved in a property registration. The transaction, officially recorded on July 9, 2026, saw the purchase of a 758 sq ft carpet area apartment.

This deal came with a stamp duty payment of ₹21 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000. The buyers acquired the property along with two dedicated car parking spaces. The reported per square foot price on the carpet area was approximately ₹46,000.

This event adds to Salman Khan's notable property activities in Bandra. Last year, in July 2025, Khan had sold another apartment in the upscale Bandra West area for ₹5.35 crore. That property had a built-up area of 1,318 sq ft.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan's family also received clearance in June 2026 to build a new residential tower in Bandra's Chimbai, near their long-time residence at Galaxy Apartments. The proposed construction is planned on a plot owned by Khan's mother, Salma.

Bandra West is a highly sought-after locality, home to numerous prominent figures in the Indian film industry, including Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and Javed Akhtar.
