Sajid Khan has officially begun directing his next film, titled 'Hundred,' marking his return to filmmaking after a hiatus. The project represents a significant genre shift, moving from his usual comedy capers to a horror flick. Filming for 'Hundred' commenced in Mumbai's Film City on Friday, January 23, chosen to align with the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchmi.
This film also serves as the launchpad for Yashvardhan Ahuja, the son of veteran actor Govinda, who will be making his acting debut. Nitanshi Goel, recently recognized for her role in 'Laapataa Ladies' (2024), has been cast as the female lead. The production is backed by prominent names in the industry, including Amar Butala's Guilty By Association Media and Balaji Telefilms, owned by Ekta and Shobha Kapoor.
