Ruth Codd's Triumphant Return After Amputation

Celebrity Traitors star Ruth Codd recently made a glamorous public debut, her first since undergoing a second leg amputation late last year. The 29-year-old actress attended a special gala performance of the musical Hadestown in London on a recent Friday evening. She garnered attention for her striking fashion choice, a green feathery cocktail dress complemented by black tights and maroon Dr. Martens.

Codd's appearance comes after she confirmed her second below-the-knee amputation in November 2025, during which she was wheelchair-bound while recovering at her parents' home. She had previously had her right leg amputated at age 23 due to complications from a childhood football injury. The actress had shared her recovery journey on social media, expressing determination to regain mobility with a new artificial leg.
