In a recent appearance on the Australian talk show Sam Pang Tonight, comedian Rosie O'Donnell, 63, shared her experiences with various guests on her own talk show. While she considered actress and singer Barbra Streisand to be her "favorite" guest, O'Donnell revealed that one of her "worst" guests was The Matrix star Keanu Reeves.
O'Donnell explained that Reeves, 61, was "so sweet" and she loved his movies, but he "would not answer a question" during the live interview. She said she had to directly tell Reeves, "You know, Keanu, it is a talk show. You have to talk." However, O'Donnell noted that Reeves eventually "got the hang of it" and returned as a guest.
In contrast, O'Donnell praised Only Murders in the Building star Martin Short as "the funniest and the nicest guy" to have on her show. She recalled that Short would immediately engage the audience, saying, "I'm here!" upon taking the stage.
