Musician Role Model, whose real name is Tucker Pilsbury, has unveiled details about his forthcoming third LP, "Chuck Timely & the Hourglass." This highly anticipated record is scheduled for release on August 7 via Interscope. The album's lead single, "High Hopes 3000," is slated to drop on June 3.
Pilsbury has actively teased the new project, adopting an alter ego named "Chuck Timely." This included creating a dedicated Instagram account and sending physical mail to select fans, directing them to a pre-recorded voicemail from "Chuck."
The new album follows the success of his previous work, "Kansas Anymore," which included the viral hit "Sally, When The Wine Runs Out." Pilsbury is also gearing up for a series of festival performances this summer, including appearances at Primavera, Bonnaroo, Leeds, and Reading.
Inspiration for the new record may have been found during Pilsbury's time in Maine in April, a state he had previously expressed a desire to write music in. This move to Maine occurred as he prepared for his international festival dates.
