Panto Star's Viral Childhood Videos Delight Fans

London Palladium pantomime performer Rob Madge has become a social media sensation, amassing thousands of followers by posting cherished childhood videos. These nostalgic clips highlight the profound support Madge received from their family regarding their early love for theatre, a passion that was once met with bullying.

A viral video shared by Madge showcases the immense joy experienced upon receiving a beautifully crafted puppet theatre from their grandparents. This handmade gift, complete with custom costumes, has resonated deeply with audiences, with the video achieving over a million views on TikTok and hundreds of thousands of likes on Instagram.

Madge's videos offer a powerful message of acceptance and healing, demonstrating how family sanctuaries can counter childhood adversity. The overwhelmingly positive online reception has led to a stage show, 'My Son's A Queer,' based on these childhood experiences, a testament to finding strength and community through shared vulnerability.
