Rita Ora Stuns in Neon, Drops New Track

Singer Rita Ora has announced the release of a new track, "If It's Not Love," a collaboration with DJ Zerb. She shared the news via an Instagram story, sporting a neon green sports bra and matching shorts.

Ora also recently discussed her proactive approach to health and future family planning. She revealed that she is preparing her body for menopause, inspired partly by her mother's early menopause due to breast cancer treatment. Ora has educated herself on the subject, drawing insights from figures like Davina McCall.

Further securing her fertility health, Ora froze her eggs twice in her twenties, at ages 24 and 27. She described this as excellent advice, noting it provides flexibility for future family expansion. She is married to filmmaker Taika Waititi and is a stepmother to his two daughters, expressing contentment with her role.

Her focus on well-being extends to mental health, prompted by a significant panic attack in 2016. This experience initiated her journey toward prioritizing mental health and seeking therapy for perspective.
