Rising Star Dean Nominated for Grammy, Announces Tour Dates

In the lead-up to the 2026 Grammy Awards, Dean, a 26-year-old singer-songwriter, has been nominated for Best New Artist. This recognition comes on the heels of the release of her latest album, "The Art of Loving," which has been widely praised by critics.

Dean's musical journey has been marked by a string of impressive performances and collaborations. Earlier this year, she led off with the single "Man I Need," a track she co-wrote with Zach Nahome and Tobias Jesso Jr., the winner of the 2023 Grammy for Songwriter of the Year. Dean's second performance was of "Let Alone the One You Love," the sixth track from her latest album.

Reflecting on the creative process behind "The Art of Loving," Dean shared that the album was primarily recorded in a studio the team built in a house in East London, where they lived for 8 weeks. "I brought my piano from home and all my favourite people and tried to create things that felt like warmth," she wrote on Instagram.

With her star power on the rise, Dean has been making waves in the industry. She recently opened for Sabrina Carpenter's Short n' Sweet tour and Sam Fender's People Watching tour, having previously collaborated with Fender on the single "Rein Me In." Now, Dean is set to embark on her own 14-city tour, starting next July in San Francisco and wrapping up in Austin, Texas, in late August.
