Country Star Joins Yellowstone Spinoff as Ex-Navy SEAL

Country music artist Riley Green will make multiple appearances in the new CBS drama 'Marshals,' a spinoff expanding the 'Yellowstone' universe. The CMA and ACM Award-winning musician is slated to portray Garrett, a former Navy SEAL with a mysterious mission.

Garrett's character will arrive at a Montana ranch to enlist the help of friends Kayce and Cal. His objective involves confronting "demons of his past," though the exact nature of these challenges remains ambiguous, ranging from personal struggles to more literal threats.

The series 'Marshals' is set to premiere on Sunday, March 1, on CBS. Viewers will also be able to stream episodes the following day via Paramount+. This casting continues Taylor Sheridan's practice of integrating country music stars into his Western dramas.
