Ricki-Lee Coulter, the 40-year-old radio host, and her husband Richard Harrison have acquired a beautifully renovated vintage terrace house in Sydney's inner city suburb of Redfern for $3.5 million. This historic two-storey property, originally built in the early 1900s, features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, retaining charming period details alongside modern renovations. The couple intends to rent out the Redfern home for $1650 per week.

Following this acquisition, the couple is now residing in a different property, a luxurious three-bedroom apartment in Darlinghurst. This high-rise residence offers panoramic views of Hyde Park and Sydney Harbour and includes amenities such as a gym, steam room, and 24-hour concierge service. Their previous home on Sydney's northern beaches was sold for $2.8 million in 2023.

This latest property purchase comes after Ricki-Lee and Richard celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary. Their new Redfern investment showcases a blend of historical charm, including an ornate iron lace balcony and fireplaces, with contemporary features like a private courtyard and spa bath, making it an attractive rental proposition.
