Reality Star Heather Gay Spent $200K on Cosmetic Procedures

As of November 14th, 2025, Heather Gay, a 51-year-old reality star from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, has revealed that she has spent around $200,000 on cosmetic procedures over the years. Heather, who is the co-owner of Beauty Lab + Laser, explained that she began getting Botox in her 30s and now gets the procedure quarterly. She also gets fillers, facials, and laser hair removal, as well as a collagen stimulator called Sculptra, which can cost up to $4,000 per treatment.

Prior to her time on the Bravo franchise, which began in 2020, Heather had also undergone two nose jobs, with the second being a corrective surgery. She had also gotten a tummy tuck and a boob job as part of a "mommy makeover" when she was married, with her ex-husband paying for the procedures. Heather has also recently dropped 30 pounds using Ozempic and Mounjaro, and got $30,000 veneers as part of her "fourth season glow-up."

Despite the significant financial investment, Heather has no regrets about her cosmetic enhancements, stating that "there should be no shame in people wanting to change the way they look." However, she acknowledges that the standard of beauty for women on television has become increasingly artificial, with the "required uniform of a Housewife" including perfect teeth, lashes, and hair.
