In November 2023, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Dolores Catania, 54, got engaged to her longtime partner Paul "Paulie" Connell, 51. Connell designed an impressive 15-carat engagement ring for Catania, featuring an 11-carat center stone framed by four more carats of sparkle. Connell had initially purchased a stone early in their relationship, planning to use it if they got engaged.
