Audio Romance 'Rent Free' Stars 'Off Campus' Duo

The immersive audio romance "Rent Free," featuring "Off Campus" stars Mika Abdalla and Stephen Kalyn, is set to debut on May 27. This three-episode original production from Quinn follows the story of Nora, a painter, and Jack, an investment banker, who find themselves living together despite their vastly different personalities. Their temporary arrangement quickly escalates into a complex and messy situation.

Quinn Founder and CEO Caroline Spiegel highlighted the electric chemistry between Abdalla and Kalyn as a key factor in their casting for this intimate duet experience. Launched in 2021, Quinn aims to redefine erotica through immersive storytelling, with Quinn Originals representing their most cinematic productions. Previous Originals have featured talent like Shawn Hatosy and Christopher Briney, who inspired Kalyn and Abdalla to join the platform.

Abdalla and Kalyn noted the resonance of their "Off Campus" characters, Dean and Allie, with audiences, describing them as a "spicy couple." They observed that modern romance narratives often lack sufficient expression of feelings and desires, finding value in stories that encourage "yearning." The actors also recognized the diverse tastes within the romance genre, emphasizing how these stories can make listeners feel seen and heard.
