Known for his towering physique and calm persona, he was one of India's most recognized faces in professional bodybuilding, having won the Mr. India title in 2009 and finishing runner-up at the Mr. Asia competition. Transitioning from bodybuilding to cinema, Ghuman made his mark in the Punjabi film industry with his debut in "Kabaddi Once Again" in 2012. He later ventured into Bollywood, appearing in supporting roles in films like "Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans" and "Marjaavaan." His most recent role was in the upcoming "Tiger 3," where he played a Pakistani prison guard alongside Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif.
