Reality Star Funds Docuseries to Rescue Pets and Families in Need

In October 2025, reality star Joanna Krupa is using her own resources to launch a new docuseries called "Street Rescue" that aims to help low-income families and homeless individuals care for their pets. Krupa, who lives in Los Angeles, explains that the high costs of veterinary care in the city have motivated her to take action.

Krupa notes that many people struggle to afford necessary medical treatment for their beloved pets, often leading to animals being surrendered to shelters. To address this issue, Krupa is partnering with various low-income and volunteer veterinary services to provide the care these pets need. She also plans to cross-promote animals in need of adoption, as thousands of cats and dogs are euthanized in shelters each year.

Krupa's young daughter, Asha-Leigh, has been a driving force behind her mother's passion for animal rescue. The 6-year-old girl has a "heart of gold," often asking her mother to help people in need on the street. Krupa says she regrets not starting a family sooner, as she believes younger parents can be their child's "best friend."

As Krupa continues to host the Polish version of "America's Next Top Model," she is excited to return to the U.S. market with a project that gives back and makes her daughter proud. While dating is not a priority for Krupa at the moment, she remains open to a spontaneous and drama-free relationship in the future.
