Raye's Paris Gig Blunder: 65 Fans Denied Entry

Raye, the 28-year-old English singer-songwriter, has publicly apologized for a significant ticketing issue that prevented 65 fans from attending her recent Paris concert at the Accor Arena. The incident, described as unacceptable, stemmed from a Ticketmaster system error that led to the invalidation of a number of purchased tickets.

Expressing her complete devastation on Instagram, Raye clarified that the error was outside her control, causing her to feel saddened and let down by the situation. While Ticketmaster has reportedly refunded the affected individuals and provided vouchers, Raye has personally extended a more personal offer.

She has committed to providing these 65 fans with complimentary tickets to any future show of their choosing, accompanied by a signed vinyl record. Raye acknowledged that this gesture may not fully compensate for the distress caused but hopes it will help to soften the blow.

This unfortunate event occurred during the Europe leg of her tour. Separately, Raye has recently celebrated her track 'Where Is My Husband!' reaching number one on the UK singles chart for 2026, marking her second chart-topping single.
