In a heartwarming tribute, filmmaker Ashoke Pandit has shared rare footage of the late veteran Bollywood actor Satish Shah showcasing his dancing and singing talents. Pandit posted a video on social media of Satish Shah dancing and singing on the streets with actress Deepti Naval, which was shot in 1978 when they were both students at the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII).
Pandit revealed that Satish often mentioned this video while they were working together on the popular TV show Saath Saath, and the director Raman Kumar, who shot the footage, later provided it to the entire crew. Pandit expressed his gratitude to Kumar, Naval, and FTII for preserving this "lovely gift" for Satish Shah's fans.
Additionally, Pandit had previously shared a video of Satish singing the iconic Bollywood song "Yeh Raatein Yeh Mausam" in a melodious manner. These glimpses into Satish's lesser-known talents have delighted his admirers and provided a nostalgic look into the life of the celebrated actor, who passed away in October 2022 due to kidney failure.
